I, the party signed below (hereinafter “I” or “Releasor”), hereby consent to allow Paint 2 Smile LLC, including its employees, directors, officers, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively the “Releasee”) to record my image, voice, name, statements, and/or writings in photos, videos, and other media (the “Media”) and grant Releasee an unrestricted right to publish, distribute, edit, and otherwise use the Media in any place and for any lawful purpose in print, electronic, and other mediums without first notifying me, including but not limited to use in any marketing campaigns, advertisement, recruitment material, and for public display. I waive any right to inspect or approve the Media prior to its use. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of the Media. I understand and agree that Releasee is the sole owner of all of the Media. I hereby unconditionally and forever release, indemnify, and hold harmless Releasee from any and all liability, claims, or actions that arise from use of the Media and agree not to sue or bring any proceeding against Releasee for any claim or cause of action, whether presently known or unknown, including without limitation, actions for defamation, invasion of privacy and proprietary rights arising from or related to its lawful use of the Media or any other rights granted to Releasee by this release.I have read and fully understood this release. In order to make the event a pleasant and orderly experience for all participants, we respectfully request that you adhere to the following rules prior to and during the Event:1. Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions at the Event.2. Your participation or behavior at the Event should not create a disruption or hinder the experience or the enjoyment of the Event by other participants.3. Only guests registered for or invited by the Event host may attend and participate in the Event and you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your access link.4. You should log in to the Event 5 minutes before the scheduled start time and be prepared to start at the start time.Please note that a failure to abide by any of the aforementioned rules may result in your removal from the event or cancellation of your event access, retainer of any payments made by you or the Event Sponsor, banning you from future Paint 2 Smile LLC Events, as well as any other remedies available to Paint 2 Smile LLC in equity and at law.
